What We Offer

OUR CLASSES

Muay Thai / Thai Boxing

Muay Thai is a combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This discipline is known as the art of eight limbs and it is characterised by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees and shins.

MMA

MMA is the fastest growing sport in the world. It stands for mixed martial arts and it is ultimate in combat encompassing mixture of all styles of martial art from classic boxing, Thai Boxing , jujitsu, judo and wrestling. During the class you will learn real-world techniques and gain strength and power like never before.

At FSF we have boxes of all levels so if you’re looking to fly or just to get fit, this class is a great way to go about it. A high-intensity sweaty session.

Mini MMA

At FSF we start them young, from five years of age we teach our children discipline, confidence, self–defence as well as all the attributes that martial arts include. In a controlled, safe and fun environment, we teach children the basics of boxing, Thai Boxing, jujitsu, wrestling as well as gymnastics and animal fly movements. We have Warrior of the Week which goes to the child that tries the hardest and puts the most effort into the classes. We track the children's progression throughout the year.
5-8 years old

Junior MMA

This is a level up from the minis with a lot of children competing in local martial arts school competitions. The ethos of FSF is still instilled into these children to work hard, show respect and grow as a team as well as individuals. The grading system carries through with clear progression to the next level which is the prospects.
9-12 year olds

Prospects MMA

These teenagers have passed through most of the FSF grading system, competed regularly and are really kids that the minis and the juniors can look up to. It is essential in the progression of themselves and their younger peers. A solid understanding of all the elements of martial arts, hard work, effort put into this class leads to the Prospects evolving to our Adult MMA class.
13+ year olds

FSF females

This class is dedicated to women, but trust me these women train hard. Monday is a circuit–style training in a high–intensity and fun environment that scorges fat and will get you seriously fit. Wednesday is all about weights, helping you shake the body and get stronger. And Fun–Time Friday is about training hard with various fun challenges.

Spike

This is one of our most popular classes, 45 minutes of heart–pounding high–intensity training. Pumping chains and loads of energy give the class a feeling that is totally unique. Unlike most of our classes, this is all about fitness with a total of nine three–minute rounds you move from spin bike to power bag to punchbag. If you’re looking to really work up a sweat, this is the class for you.

Wrestling

Wrestling is one of the oldest sports in the world and one of the foundations of mixed martial arts. This is a must for any aspiring MMA fighters or future with wrestlers.
